Our journey begins with a conversation. Share your travel aspirations and interests with us. We’ll get to know you to ensure every aspect of your itinerary aligns with your desires.
Customized proposal
Based on our discussion, we’ll present you with a detailed proposal outlining the suggested itinerary, complete with accommodation options (if you need any), activities, and estimated costs you will face including landmarks’ entrance tickets and rough prices of the restaurants we suggest. This is your chance to provide feedback and fine-tune the plan to perfection.
Fine-tuning and confirmation
We believe in collaboration. Work closely with our team to make any necessary adjustments to your itinerary. Once you’re thrilled with the plan, we’ll confirm all reservations and provide you with a comprehensive travel package.
What do my personalized Italy itineraries include?
My Italy customized planning services include a well-crafted itinerary tailored to your interests and requirements with additional tips on where to eat, the perfect hotels, and how to get around the country and the cities.
You can request any theme and topic you might want to delve deeper into in Rome and other Italian cities. For example, you can request itineraries for foodies, history enthusiasts, or simply classic itineraries for first-time Italy travelers.
My itineraries can be of one or more days and the following information will also be included:
- Where to eat. Restaurants that I suggest in the areas the itinerary will take you. I am in no way partnering with any restaurant, I will recommend the best eateries I have personally tried and tested.
- Public transportation. I will mention which means of public transport you will need to get from one place to another and also from and back to your hotel if you need to. If you are unsure, I can also help you with the transportation from and to the airport.
- Expenses breakdown. I will break down roughly how much you will spend between landmarks’ entrance tickets, restaurants’ fares, and needed public transportation.
- Hotel recommendations. In case you are still to arrive and need some hotel recommendations, I will give you personalized hotel recommendations.
- Tour recommendations. If you wish to join some guided tours, I will give you the recommendations you need about the best in towns, whether you prefer group, private, or semi-private tours.
- Day trips. Should you wish to take a break from the hustle and bustle and discover smaller towns and cities, I can suggest great day trips from your main base.

The prices of our custom Italy itineraries vary depending on how many days and how many landmarks/places you would like to see. Here is a rough breakdown that will be confirmed during the consultation:

Cancellation and refund
Payment is to be made upfront. No refund is accepted, but I’m happy to discuss it further and adjust it with you until you are completely satisfied.
Timing
Depending on the length of the itinerary, I will need between 7 days to 2 weeks to prepare it.
