What does this mean?
My personalized Italy tour packages are just like agency tours, but everything arranged around YOUR interests and requirements, whether you are traveling on your own, with your spouse, family or group of friends.
In fact, not only, will I design your itinerary, but I will also take care of the bookings of your accommodation, restaurants, activities, and services.
What you can expect is the efficiency of a travel agency with these extra perks:
- Tailor-made itineraries. You will tell me what type of trip you are looking for, what kind of experiences you like, how many travelers you are, and how many days your holiday can be and I will create a day-by-day itinerary completely tailored to your interests and needs. Everything will be personalized, no standard trips.
- Let me worry about the logistics. Whether it’s hotel or restaurant booking, finding a local guide, or booking activities and experiences, I will take care of everything.
- Support during your trip. I will always be easy to reach before, during and after your trip!
- Your own digital guide. Once the trip is organized, I will send you a PDF guide complete with your itinerary as well as all the names and addresses important for your tour such as your hotel, your guides, locations, restaurants, etc.
This is how it works:
- You send me an email to angela@angelacorrias.com and we arrange a free inquiry call on Zoom or Google Meet during which we will get to know each other and I will ask you a few questions about your desired holiday
- I design a custom itinerary crafted according to your answers and I will send you a first draft with a few options.
- Once we define the itinerary, I start working on the vacation package and will send you the quotation. Depending on the length of the trip, I will need between two weeks to a month.
- When the travel plan is ready, I will forward it to you and once you accept it, I will send you the contract and booking form. Once you confirm the trip, I will ask you for 30% of the price to book all the services and suppliers.
